    • Check In is at 3pm (early check-ins are permitted subject to availability and may be subject to an additional charge)
    • Check Out is at 11am (late check-outs are permitted subject to availability and may be subject to an additional charge)
    • Standard late check-out and early check-in fee is $50.
    • Early departures are subject to a fee of $50 unless given 12 hr notice
    • Extra-person charges may apply for guests beyond two persons per room
    • Photo Identification and matching credit card, debit card, will be required at check-in
    • Deposit policy for incidental charges is $100 for credit card and debit card only
    • Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed
    • The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation

  • Parking

    • We have plenty of parking so please park wherever you find an available space. However, all guests are required to provide their license plate number. Airport parking is available for a fee, please inquire at the Frontdesk.

    • The hotel offers complimentary WiFi.
    • Please connect to the network, Sleep Inn, with a password of welcome.
    • The hotel has a complimentary business center in the lobby.

  • Dining

    • Wake up to a continental breakfast each morning from 6am-9am and enjoy the Ruby Tuesday restaurant next door to the hotel for lunch or dinner.

  • Pet Policy

    • Please note that Pets are not permitted on the premises. 

  • Non-Smoking

    • This hotel is a non-smoking hotel. If you would like to smoke, there is a designated smoking area outside the front entrance of the hotel where you will find a bench and receptacle. Please discard your cigarette in the appropriate receptacle. Any smoking in the hotel will be subject to a smoking fee of $250.

  • Housekeeping

    • Housekeeping service is only offered every third day. If you would like service beyond that, simply let the front desk know and they will be happy to assist. For efficient service, please place any used towels on the floor for housekeeping to refresh.

  • Forgot Something

    •  We want you to be as comfortable as possible while you stay with us so if you left something behind, please let us know and the front desk will be happy to assist.

  • Guest Laundry

    • Guest laundry is available behind the pool near the rear building. 
    • Please see the front desk for any change with detergent and dryer sheets being available in the market. 
    • Each cycle, wash or dry, is $4.

  • Airport Shuttle Service

    • We offer a convenient and reliable airport shuttle service to ensure a smooth start or end to your travels.
    • Availability: 5am - 12am
    • How to Reserve: Please contact the Frontdesk at least 30-40 minutes in advance.   
    • Pick-Up/Drop-Off Location: Main entrance of the hotel at the lobby area. Delta passengers will be dropped off at the designated area at the South Terminal, while all other airline passengers will be dropped off at the North Terminal.
    • Additional Information: Shuttle seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
